重症监护室患者护理风险评估指标体系的构建

Development of the nursing risk assessment index system for patients in intensive care units

目的建立适合重症监护室患者的护理风险评估指标体系,为新入重症监护室护士或重症监护护理专业学生评估患者提供可靠依据。方法在文献检索及访谈的基础上初步形成风险评估的指标体系,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对20名专家行2轮咨询,最终确定重症监护室患者护理风险评估指标。结果重症监护室患者护理风险评估的指标体系包含有7个一级指标,35个二级指标。指标重要性评分3.94-4.95分,变异系数0.048-0.185,权重系数为0.025-0.031。结论初步形成了重症监护室患者护理风险评估指标体系,具有较高的可信度,应进一步验证其信度和效度。

Objective To develop a nursing risk assessment index system for patients in intensive care units（ICU）,so as to provide reliable basis for new ICU nurses and students to assess patients accurately. Methods A draft nursing risk assessment index system was developed based on literature review and interviews. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted among 20 experts to identify the final indicators. Results The nursing risk assessment index system consisted of seven first-level indicators and 35 secondary indicators. The important scores of each item were ranged from 3.94 to 4.95, the coefficients of variation were ranged from 0.048 to 0.185, and the weights were ranged from 0.025 to 0.031. Conclusion The nursing risk assessment index system is reliable and its reliability and validity needs to be further verified.
