护理本科生临床实习后期焦虑状况的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的调查护理本科生实习后期的焦虑发生情况及其焦虑的原因,为提出相应的干预措施提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表,在临床实习后期,对某三级甲等医院120名护理本科生进行问卷调查,并调查学生认为引起焦虑的主要原因。结果 36名(30.00%)护理本科生在实习后期存在焦虑。学生认为焦虑的主要原因是就业压力、自身理论和技能不足、医源性损伤、临床经验不足、职业现状及媒体报道。结论在实习后期,护理本科生应积极地树立正确的就业观,不断增强自身理论知识和临床操作技能,积极学习应对医源性损伤的方法,丰富自己的临床经验,从而缓解实习后期的焦虑。 Objective To investigate the level and reasons of anxiety among undergraduate nursing students in the late stage of clinical practice in order to provide reference for further interventions. Methods Totally 120 undergraduate nursing students were investigated using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and an open-ended question about the reasons of anxiety in the late stage of clinical practice. Results The anxiety detection rate was 30.00%among undergraduate nursing students in the late stage of clinical practice. The main reasons of anxiety were employ-ment pressure,insufficiency of theoretical knowledge and skills,occupational injuries,lack of clinical experience,unfavorable occupational status and media negative influence. Conclusion In order to relieve clinical practice anxiety,undergraduate nursing students should set up a correct employment view,enhance theoretical knowledge and skills constantly,learn the ways of coping with occupational injuries actively and enrich clinical experience.
