摘要
介绍了CS-ⅡA型原料油喷嘴高效雾化技术,该喷嘴通过"矢量优化"技术获得"合适的雾化粒径",并采用合理利用和控制喷嘴二次射流的汽幕技术,以规避结焦风险,强化和改善提升管内油、剂两相混合状况。中国石油吉林石化公司Ⅲ套催化裂化装置于2014年9月将提升管混合原料油喷嘴更换成CS-ⅡA型喷嘴。装置开工后运行平稳,特别是改善了原料雾化效果和提升管内的油、剂接触状况,总液体收率提高了0.44百分点,生焦率降低了0.10百分点,干气收率降低了0.20百分点,经济效益提高,催化剂破碎情况明显好转,喷嘴内油和汽抢量和振动现象基本消除。
The high-efficiency CS-Ⅱ A feed atomizing nozzle was introduced. The nozzle applies the "vector optimization" technology to obtain the appropriate particle size of spray. In addition, the steam curtain technology for the rational utilization and control of the nozzle' s secondary jet is applied to avoid the risk of coking and strengthen and improve the two-phase mixing of oil and catalyst in the riser. In the No. 3 FCC unit of Refinery of PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company, the riser feed nozzle was replaced with CS-Ⅱ A nozzle in September, 2014. After re-start-up of the unit, the unit has been running smoothly, the feed atomization and contact of oil and catalysts in the riser have been improved, the total liquid yield is increased by 0.44%, the coke make is reduced by 0.1% and the dry gas product is lowered by 0.2%. The economic benefit is increased, the catalyst damage is minimized and vibration of oil atomizing nozzle is eliminated
