摘要
为了弥补轻油型加氢裂化催化剂产品质量方面的不足,制备了灵活型加氢裂化催化剂FC-46。在小型实验装置上对其进行了不同原料以及不同转化深度条件下的反应性能考察,结果表明:FC-46催化剂对反应温度敏感性好,原料适应性强,可在较大的转化深度范围内操作,重石脑油质量收率高达47%,硫质量分数小于0.5μg/g,可作为重整原料生产高辛烷值汽油产品;喷气燃料烟点大于25mm,符合3号喷气燃料标准;柴油十六烷指数达到76.1,硫质量分数小于10μg/g,可作为国Ⅴ标准柴油;加氢尾油BMCI值达8.1,是优质的乙烯裂解原料。工业应用结果表明:与上周期使用的轻油型催化剂相比,在控制重石脑油收率基本一致时,FC-46催化剂活性高,重石脑油性质基本相当,喷气燃料烟点可提高3~4mm,尾油BMCI值可降低4.1~4.6。
To improve the quality of light oil hydrocracking catalyst, a flexible FC-46 flexible hydrocrac- king catalyst has been prepared to optimize its performance. The pilot plant tests with different feedstocks and under different conversions showed that FC-46 catalyst has good sensitivity to reaction temperature and a strong adaptability to feed, and can be operated in the range of higher conversions. The results demonstrated that, the heavy naphtha, which is 47% in yield and less than 0.5 ppm in sulfur, can be used as the feedstock of catalytic reformer to produce high-octane gasoline; The smoke point of jet fuel is greater than 25 mrn, meeting standard specifications of 34 jet fuel; The diesel, whose sulfur weight percentage is less than 10 ppm, the ce- tane index is as high as 76.1, can be sold as diesel of Guo V specifications ; The unconverted oil ( UCO), whose BMCI is 8.1, can be used as the high quality feedstock of ethylene crackers. The commercial applica- tion results show that: as compared with other light distillate catalyst applied in the last cycle and when controlling the same heavy naphtha yield, FC-46 catalyst demonstrates high activity, and good product performance such as heavy naphtha properties was kept almost the same, while the smoke point of kerosene can be increased by 3 to 4 mm and the BMCI of UCO can be reduced by 4.1 to 4.6.
