间苯三酚催化加氢制备1,3,5-三羟基环己烷工艺研究

摘要 利用非晶态Ru催化剂对间苯三酚进行加氢还原制备1,3,5-三羟基环己烷,并对加氢工艺的氢压、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对产率的影响进行了探索。结果表明,温度为140℃,氢压为4MPa,催化剂的最佳用量为底物的1.5%,反应时间为12h时,1,3,5-三羟基环己烷的产率可达80%。 1,3,5-cyclohexanetriol was synthesized by the amorphous Ru catalyst hydrogenation of m-trihydroxybenzene, the effect of pressure, temperature and the amount of catalyst on yield were also investigated. The results suggested that the yield of 1,3,5-Cyclohexanetriol was 80% when the temperature was 140℃,the pressure was 4MPa,the optimum dosage of the catalyst was 1.5% of the substrate, and the reaction time was 12 h.
