巨大浅表性脂肪瘤样痣一例并文献复习

Giant Nevus Lipomatosus Cutaneous Superficialis: A Case Report and a Review of the Literature

目的:本研究探讨巨大浅表性脂肪瘤样痣(NLCS)的临床表现、病理特征及预后。方法:回顾性分析一例巨大NLCS的临床表现、病理学特征及预后情况,并结合文献进行复习。结果:本例患者皮损分布于腰臀部,呈群集状丘疹和结节。病理学特征为在真皮胶原组织内见成熟无包膜的脂肪组织。经手术切除后,取得了满意的效果。术后八个月,随诊复查未见异常,至今无复发。结论:巨大NLCS的确诊主要依靠组织病理检查,手术是治疗NLCS的首选方法。

Objective： This study was to investigate the clinical, pathological characteristics and prognosis of giant nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis（NLCS）. Methods： The clinical, pathological characteristics and prognosis of one case of giant NLCS was retrospectively analyzed, then relevant literature was reviewed. Results： The lesions of this patient in the gluteal region, characterized by masses consisting of numerous papules and nodules. The pathologic examination showed that the mature adipose tissue with non-enveloped is seen in the dermis. Satisfactory results were obtained after surgical resection in the case. The patient was followed up with good prognosis in time of eight months post-operation. Conclusions： The diagnosis of giant NLCS mainly rely on histopathological examination. Radical surgery is the main treatment choice.
