摘要
目的:测验儿童的智力等级及相关因素,为儿童智力培养教育提供依据。方法采用中国-韦氏学龄前期儿童智力量表和婴儿-初中学生社会生活能力量表,对来医院就诊筛查为智力异常的41例4~15岁儿童,按照一对一的方式进行诊断测试。结果儿童智商低下与记忆、注意力有关;父母工作环境、文化程度与儿童智商有关;学前、小学、中学3组间比较:F =0.7698,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论大脑训练的最佳时期是5~16岁,护理人员根据测验结果,向家长指出儿童的弱项因子,查找原因,制定训练计划和实施方法,做好这一时期的智力开发,实施必要的护理干预,对儿童的智力水平及整个心理活动的发展均有重要意义。
Objective To test children's intelligence level and related factors, provide the basis for children, education for children intelligence cultivation. Methods By China Wechsler preschool - intelligence scale for children and babies, junior middle school students social life ability scale, to come to the hospital screening for intelligence layer abnormalities in 41 cases of 4 -15 years old children, diagnostic tests were performed in accordance with one to one mode. Results The low IQ of children was related with memory, attention, working environment, educational level of parents and children's IQ. There were no significant differences among preschool, primary school, middle school : F =0. 769 8, P〉0. 05. Conclusion The best period conclusion brain training is 5-16 years old. Nursing personnels ac-cording to the test results, show parents that weakness factor, find the causes, make training plans and implement meth-od, complete the intelligence development during this period. The implementation of nursing intervention is necessary, on the development of children's intelligence level and the mental activities, all has the vital significance.
