片状水胶体敷料在治疗心血管内科静脉炎患者中的应用

Effect of flake hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of cardiovascular phlebitis pa-tients

目的：探讨片状水胶体敷料在治疗心血管内科静脉炎患者的效果。方法将58例发生静脉炎的心血管内科患者随机分成两组,对照组使用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷于患处,4次/ d,治疗组将片状水胶体敷料贴于患处,1次/3 d。结果两组总有效率无统计学差异,但治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组痛觉评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用片状水胶体敷料有利于心血管内科静脉炎患者组织的恢复,并且能减轻静脉炎时的疼痛感。

Objective To explore the effect of flake hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of cardiovascular phlebitis patients. Methods 58 cases of cardiovascular phlebitis patients were randomly divided into two groups. Pa-tients in control group were treated with 50% magnesium sulfate solution wet compress on the affected area, four times a day. Patients in the treatment group were treated with pasting sheet hydrocolloid dressing on the affected area, three times a day. Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups. However, the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0. 05） . There was significant difference in pain scores between the two groups （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions Sheet hydrocolloid dressing is conductive to the recovery of patients with phlebitis organizations in cardiovascular medicine and can relieve pain of phlebitis.
