超声检查冠心病患者心外膜脂肪层厚度与颈部血管弹性及其两者的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨超声检查冠心病患者心外膜脂肪层厚度(EAT)与颈部血管弹性及其两者的相关性。方法 93例拟诊为冠心病并行冠状动脉造影患者,按照冠状动脉造影结果分成A组(15例,冠状动脉无明显狭窄或单支病变狭窄程度<50%),B组(25例,单支病变)、C组(27例,双支病变)、D组(26例,三支病变及以上),分析EAT与颈总动脉血管僵硬度(β)、弹性模量(Ep)、膨大指数(AI)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传导速度(PWW-β)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的关系。结果各组超声参数检测IMT、β、Ep、AC、PWW-β、EAT对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病变累及冠状动脉支数与IMT、β、Ep、PWW-β、EAT为正相关性,AC值为负相关性;EAT与颈总动脉IMT、β、Ep、PWW-β为正相关性,AC为负相关性。结论超声下EAT与颈总动脉弹性指标变化可以对冠心病病情严重程度进行合理预测。
