摘要
通过对使用10年的储罐外壁防腐层的老化程度、致密性和抗渗透性等性能进行检测分析,面漆出现老化现象,但是防腐层仍然致密,抗渗性能良好。针对分析结果给出储罐外防腐层维护对策。通过对维护后的防腐层性能检测分析,结果显示能满足性能要求。
The external anticorrosive coating performance of tanks which were used for ten years was analyzed. The oxidative degradation, compactness and impermeability were analyzed. According to the analysis result, the maintenance strategies was confirmed. The result of maintenance was analyzed. The result showed that the anticorrosive coating after the maintenance could meet the requirement of performance.
