Influence and Solutions of the Casing to the Cathodic Protection of Buried Steel Pipeline

套管施工在埋地钢质管道穿越工程中得到了越来越广泛的应用,但是套管的使用会对阴极保护产生一定的影响。套管与管道之间形成短路或断路,引起管道表面得不到足够的阴极保护电流而使管道处于欠保护状态。通过分析套管对管道阴极保护产生影响的原因,对目前各种常用的解决方法进行探讨,提出合理的解决方案。

Casing construction has been widely applied in pipelinecrossing projects, but it has some impact on cathodic protection. A shorted circuit or an open circuit between the casing and the pipe will cause the failure of the pipe getting through cathodic protection current, so that the pipeline cannot be sufficiently protected. Analyzing the reasons that casing impacts on pipeline cathodic protection,provide a reasonable solutionsto the cathodic protection problems.
