摘要
基本增压压力和增压器效率是衡量增压器性能的重要参数,理论分析了执行器长度的变化对基本增压压力和增压器效率的影响,随着执行器长度的增大,基本增压压力降低,增压器效率提高。通过试验,在初始位置、增长1mm和2mm的状态下,研究了执行器长度对性能的影响,并通过回归方程,预测基本增压压力随执行器长度的变化趋势。结果表明:试验与理论分析一致。回归方程能够表征执行器增长量与最大基本增压压力的相关关系,为增压器和发动机性能的评估提供参考。
Basic boost pressure and supercharge efficiency have a important effect on the performance. The influence of them by actuator length changed was studied. Basic boost pressure reduced and supercharge efficiency improved with the increasing of actuator length, Three conditions of actuator was taken into the experiments: original position, lmm and 2mm increased. Regression equation was used to express the trend of basic boost pressure with actuator length changed. The result show that experiment have a better match with theory analysed, regression equation is able to express the relationship between added length and basic boost pressure, provide a reference to evaluate the performance of supercharge.
