第3代头孢菌素类药物的临床应用及药理分析

Clinical Application and Pharmacological Analysis of the Third Generation of the Drug

目的对第3代头孢菌素类药物的应用情况进行分析,并探讨其药理作用。方法收集2011年3月至2012年3月长春市双阳区妇幼保健所药房信息管理系统中13 241份病例处方的用药资料,统计头孢菌素类药物的应用情况,比较4类头孢菌素类药物的剂型、用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额,并对其使用方法进行分析。结果第3代头孢菌素类药物的针剂使用率、DDDs、销售金额均明显低于第2代头孢菌素类药物,明显高于第1代头孢菌素类药物、第3代复方制剂。结论为保证第3代头孢菌素类药物应用的合理性,临床医师应严格掌握药理知识,确保其用药的合理性,最终提高患者治疗效果。

Objective Analyze the application of the third generation cephalosporins, and discuss its pharmacological effects.Methods In 2011 March to March 2012 Changchun Shuangyang District Maternal and child health pharmacy information management system 13241 cases,prescription medication data and statistical cephalosporins drug application and comparison of 4 kinds of cephalosporins drug formulations,DDDs,sales volume,and to the third generation cephalosporin cephalosporins drug use analysis.Results The third generation of cephalosporins injection using rate,DDDs and sales amount was significantly lower than that of the second generation cephalosporins drugs,significantly higher than the first generation cephalosporins drugs,3 generation of compound preparation. Conclusion In order to guarantee the rationality of the third generation of drug application,the clinician should grasp the pharmacology knowledge strictly and ensure the rationality of the application,and ultimately improve the effect of the treatment.
