阴道塞药联合臭氧治疗阴道炎患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Vaginal Plug Combined with Ozone in the Treatment of Vaginitis

目的探讨阴道塞药联合臭氧治疗阴道炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月至2014年11月宁阳县妇幼保健院收治的阴道炎患者资料78例,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各39例。对照组患者给予阴道塞药治疗,试验组患者在其基础上联合臭氧进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组患者总有效率为74.4%,明显高于对照组的46.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阴道塞药联合臭氧治疗阴道炎,临床效果明显,是一种经济、高效的治疗方法,可减少患者的痛苦及心理压力,是未来治疗阴道炎的一种新的发展趋势。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal plug combined with ozone in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods From November 2013 to November 2014,78 cases of patients with vaginitis in Ningyang County Maternal and child health care hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of vaginal plug,and the experimental group was treated by combined ozone treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 74.4% in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 46.2%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The vaginal suppository combined with ozone in the treatment of vaginitis clinical effect is obvious,is a economic and efficient means of treatment,can reduce the suffering of the patients and the psychological pressure,future treatment of vaginitis of a new development trend.
