优质护理在难治性大出血患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of high Quality Nursing in the Treatment of Patients with Refractory Hemorrhage

目的探讨优质护理在难治性大出血患者中的应用价值。方法选取2012年12月至2014年1月兴化市第五人民医院妇产科收治的难治性大出血患者资料60例,按就诊顺序将其分为常规护理组及优质护理组,各30例。比较两组患者的止血成功率及护理满意度。结果优质护理组患者的止血成功率、护理满意度均明显高于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对于妇产科难治性大出血患者,实施积极有效的优质护理服务至关重要,不仅提高了止血成功率,同时提升了护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in the treatment of patients with refractory hemorrhage.Methods From December 2012 to January 2014,60 cases of patients with intractable bleeding in Xinghua City,Fifth People＇s Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology,according to the order of treatment were divided into routine nursing group and high quality nursing group,each of 30 cases.The success rate of hemostasis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate and nursing satisfaction of patients with high quality care group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is very important to carry out active and effective nursing service for the patients with intractable hemorrhage in obstetrics and Gynecology,not only improve the success rate of hemostasis,but also improve the nursing satisfaction.
