摘要
目的探讨全程护理在剖宫产术患者中的应用价值。方法收集2013年8月至2014年4月四平市伊通县民族医院接受剖宫产术的110例患者资料,按入院顺序将患者随机分为观察组(55例)和对照组(55例),观察组患者采用全程护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度及术后患者的疼痛情况。结果观察组患者疼痛程度评分、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论全程护理用于剖宫产术能在一定程度上减轻患者疼痛,减少并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of whole course nursing in patients with cesarean operation.Methods Collected in August 2013 to 2014 April Siping City Yitong county people hospital to accept the data of 110 patients of cesarean section,according to the order of admission the patients were randomly divided into the observation group（55 cases）and the control group（55 cases）.Patients in the observation group were given the whole course nursing,the control group received routine nursing care.The complications,nursing satisfaction and postoperative pain of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The pain score and postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The whole course nursing for cesarean section can reduce the pain of patients to some extent,and can reduce the incidence of complications,but also higher patient satisfaction.
