综合护理在病灶清除植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核患者中的应用价值

Application effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Tuberculosis Treated by Debridement and Bone Grafting

目的探讨综合护理在病灶清除植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核患者中的应用价值。方法选取2012年11月至2014年11月吉林省结核病医院收治的行病灶清除植骨内固定术治疗腰椎结核患者资料96例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组患者行围术期常规护理,观察组患者采用综合护理,比较两组患者护理前后脊柱后凸畸形角度、术后ASIA评级。结果护理后,观察组患者的脊柱后凸畸形角度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后ASIA评级A级、B级、C级比例均明显低于对照组,D级、E级比例均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对病灶清除植骨内固定术治疗的腰椎结核患者采用综合护理,不但能明显降低脊髓损伤程度,还可提高脊柱畸形矫正效果,对患者的肢体功能恢复具有积极的促进作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with lumbar tuberculosis with focus clearance and bone grafting.Methods Select november november 2012 to 2014 tuberculosis hospital of Jilin Province were treated with focal debridement,bone fusion and internal fixation in treatment of lumbar vertebral tuberculosis in 96 cases and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each.The control group were treated with routine nursing, the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,and compared with two groups of patients before and after the operation of the spine,the angle of the vertebral column, the ASIA rating.Results Nursing after observed group of patients with spinal kyphosis angle was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）;patients in the observed group Asia rating of class A and class B,class C patients number were significantly lower than those in the control group,D,E,the number of cases were significantly higher than those in the control group,differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Debridement and grafting bone fusion and internal fixation in treatment of lumbar tuberculosis were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention can not only significantly reduce the degree of spinal cord injury,also can increase spinal deformity correction and on the patient＇s body function recovery has a positive role in promoting.
