锦屏二级水电站TBM穿越1#引水隧洞部分断面采用的掘进施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 锦屏二级水电站隧洞埋深较大,具备发生强烈至极强岩爆的地质条件。为确保工程和设备安全,经专家论证,决定在强岩爆洞段采用先期导洞钻爆施工进行应力释放后,再采用TBM掘进剩余部分断面的施工方法,目前在国内还没有TBM掘进部分断面开挖的施工先例。介绍了锦屏二级水电站采用TBM穿越1#引水隧洞部分断面时施工掘进参数的选取、施工措施、设备状态监测、施工进尺及其备品备件的消耗情况,可为其它类似地质条件的隧道工程施工提供借鉴。 Due to large embedded depth of tunnel at Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station,strong rock burst and extremely strong rock burst may occur during tunneling. In order to ensure safety of project and equipment,partial face tunneling is carried out according to expert proof. Example of TBM partial face tunneling is not given in China currently. In this paper,parameter selection,construction measures,equipment monitoring,construction progress and consumptions of spare parts for large diameter TBM partial face tunneling in No. 1headrace tunnel at Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station are described to provide references to tunneling project in similar geological conditions.
