摘要
锦屏二级水电站1#、3#引水隧洞具有埋深大、洞线长、洞径大的特点,地质条件复杂,岩爆问题突出,最终采用大直径TBM进行掘进施工。作为一种完全不同于钻爆法的TBM隧洞施工系统,由于其施工系统的复杂性和施工方法具有的特点,加之该工程TBM设备采用由业主采购提供给承包商使用的模式,给监理工作带来了新的认识和更高的要求。介绍了TBM施工监理对设备管理、质量控制、进度管理、岩爆段的安全管理及其信息管理采取的控制措施。
At Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station,No. 1 and No. 3 headrace tunnels are characterized with large embedded depth,long alignment and large diameter. In addition,the tunnels are constructed by large diameter TBM under very complex geological conditions,which may result in strong rock bursts. Totally different from drilling and blasting method,TBM tunneling method brings new ideas and higher requirements to construction supervision due to complexity of construction system and special construction method,and in this project,TBM equipment is purchased by the Owner and are provided to the Contractor to use. This paper mainly describes equipment management,quality control,schedule management,safety management in rock burst section and information management in TBM construction supervision.
