大数据在农业研究领域中的应用与发展 被引量：14

摘要 农业大数据是近年发展起来的新兴领域,广泛应用于以下研究方向。农业育种：农业大数据基于最新的高通量测序技术,大大增加优良性状的识别率。通过提取有价值的SNP分子标记,帮助育种学家建立SNP分子标记数据库,快速筛选所需要的基因片段。农业栽培：农业大数据能够给农业工作者提供＂傻瓜式＂一键到位栽培服务。根据手机等远程通信工具,农业工作者可以轻松地站在田地里辨别土壤品质,选定最高收益的种植品种,确定最佳的施肥方案和最好的收获时间,
