济川煎及拆方对小鼠肠蠕动影响的实验研究

Effects of Jichuanjian and its Disassembled Prescriptions on Peristalsis in Mice

目的研究济川煎及以不同功效拆方对小鼠肠蠕动的影响。方法按济川煎组方中中药功效拆方为温肾润肠组(肉苁蓉、牛膝、当归)、降浊组(泽泻、枳壳)及升清组(升麻),考察不同组方对便秘模型小鼠小肠碳末推进、排便实验、大小肠含水量的影响。结果济川煎全方及降浊组与模型组相比,能显著增加模型小鼠炭末推进率(P<0.01);济川煎全方及温肾润肠组与模型组相比,能显著增加模型小鼠小肠含水量(P<0.01)及大肠含水量(P<0.05);济川煎全方明显增加模型小鼠4h排便粒数及4h排便重量,与模型组相比(P<0.05)。结论温肾润肠药物能显著增加肠道含水量,降浊药物能显著促进小肠的推进功能,全方能显著促进排便。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of the disassembled prescriptions in Jichuanjian on peristalsis in mice.METHODS Jichuanjian prescription was divided into Wenshenrunchang group、Jiangzhuo group and Shengqing group according to Chinese medicine efficacy.Then they were detected on the percentage index promoted by carbon powder ,defecation condition and intestinal moisture content.RESULTS The percentages index promoted by carbon powder in Jichuanjian group and Jiangzhuo group were higher than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ）.The intestinal moisture contents in Jichuanjian group and Wenshenrunchang group were higher than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ）.Weight of defecation and grain number of defecation in Jichuanjian group were higher than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ）.CONCLUSION Wenshenrunchang group can significantly increase intestinal moisture content.Jiangzhuo group can significantly improve the function of intestine propulsion.Jichuanjian can significantly improve defecation.
