摘要
目的建立肺泰胶囊的微生物限度检查方法。方法按《中国药典》2010版一部方法进行试验。结果肺泰胶囊对大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌有抑制作用,可以通过培养基稀释法予以消除。结论建立了肺泰胶囊的微生物限度检查方法,有效可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish microbial limit test method for Feitai capsules.METHODS The method for microbial limit examination in Chinese Pharmacopoeia was followed.RESULTS Feitai capsules showed inhibition effect on Escherichia co1i,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.The effect could be eliminated by culture medium dilution method.CONCLUSION Microbial limit test method was established for Feitai capsules and it is feasible and accurate.
