HPLC法测定降压宝绿片中3组分的含量

Determination of Three Compose in Jiangya Baolv Tablets by HPLC

目的建立降压宝绿片中丹皮酚、大黄素和大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（60∶40）,流速：1.0m L·min^-1,柱温：30℃;检测波长为274nm。结果丹皮酚、大黄素和大黄素甲醚的线性范围分别为2.01-100.64μg·m L^-1（r=0.9999）、0.40-20.04μg·m L^-1（r=0.9997）、0.20-10.10μg·m L^-1（r=0.9998）,平均回收率分别为99.21%（RSD=0.69%）,99.54%（RSD=0.86%）,99.68%（RSD=0.95%）。结论建立的方法准确、可靠,简单易行,适用于降压宝绿片中丹皮酚、大黄素和大黄素甲醚含量的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination the content of paeonol ,emodin and physcion in Jiangya Baolv tablets.METHODS The column was Agilent HC-C18 column（4.6mm ×250mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （ 60∶40 ） , flow rate：1.0 mL · min ^-1 , column temperature：30℃;the detection wavelength was 274 nm.RESULTS The linear range of paeonol , emodin and physcion were 2.01-100.64μg ·mL^-1 （ r =0.9999 ） , 0.40 -20.04μg ·mL^-1 （ r =0.9997 ） , 0.20 -10.10μg· mL^-1 （ r =0.9998 ） ,the average recovery rate was 99.21%（ RSD =0.69%） , 99.54%（ RSD =0.86%） , 99.68%（ RSD =0.95%）.CONCLUSION The established method is accurate ,reliable,simple,and suitable for the quality control of Cortex Moutan phenol in Jiangya Baolv tablets ,Huang Suhe emodin content.
