摘要
目的建立川芪胶囊的质量控制方法。方法采用TLC法对处方中的三七、丹参、川芎进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对川芪胶囊中三七所含成分人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1及三七皂苷R1进行含量测定。结果 TLC法可以很好地鉴别处方中的三七、丹参和川芎;川芪胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1及三七皂苷R1的含量分别为3.96mg·g-1、4.81mg·g-1、0.77mg·g-1。结论该方法可用于川芪胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for ChuanQi Capsule.METHODS Potoginseng Radix et rhizoma , Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma , and Chuanxiong Rhizoma were identified by TLC.Ginsenoside-Rg1 ,Ginsenoside-Rb1 and Notoginscnoside-R1 was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The contents of Ginsenoside-Rg1,Ginsenoside-Rb1 and Notoginscnoside-R1 were 3.96mg·g ^-1、4.81mg· g ^-1 and 0.77mg·g^-1 respectively.CONCLUSION The method can be used to control the quality of ChuanQi Capsule.
