多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗复发性浆液性卵巢癌疗效探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗复发性浆液性卵巢癌病患的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月-2015年1月我院收诊的复发性浆液性卵巢癌病患58例,随机分为对照组、观察组,观察组病患应用多西他赛与奈达铂联合治疗,对照组仅采用卡铂化疗,比较两组近期疗效与不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组病患总有效率显著升高(P〈0.05);观察组化疗期间发生腹泻、恶心呕吐不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗复发性浆液性卵巢癌的临床疗效切实,显著降低不良反应,应推广应用。
