摘要 在系统分析了隧道瓦斯爆炸致因的基础上,应用AHP基本原理建立了隧道瓦斯爆炸事故致因层次结构模型,构建了判断矩阵,计算了各因素的权重并进行了排序。结果表明:管理缺陷是隧道瓦斯爆炸事故致因的首要因素,其次是人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态,环境的不安全条件影响最小。因此,加强瓦斯管理,完善规章制度,加大安全培训力度,同时禁止明火作业和漏检瓦斯,是预防隧道瓦斯爆炸事故的重要措施。 Based on analyzing the factors affecting the tunnel gas explosion,the structure model of the tunnel gas explosion accident is established based on the basic principle of APH,the judgment matrix is constructed and the weights of every factor are calculated and sorted. The results show that the management flaw is the primary factor of the tunnel gas explosion accident,followed by unsafe behavior of human and unsafe state of matter,the impact of unsafe conditions of environmental is smallest. Therefore,strengthen gas management,perfect rules and regulations,increasing safety training intensity,prohibiting working with naked fire and residual gas are the important measures to prevent the tunnel gas explosion accident.
