摘要
井下凿岩工作面高尘的一个重要原因是凿岩机排气导致岩浆雾化,研究利用凿岩机排气作为环隙式引射器工作气流,进行凿岩机排气引射通风除尘,对作业面进行抽出式通风。探讨了凿岩机背压对凿岩速度的影响,并据此设计引射器环隙断面积参数,试验表明,凿岩机排气引射通风除尘技术,能够有效降低独头巷道凿岩作业面粉尘浓度。
Drilling machine exhaust leading to the magma atomized is one of the important factor of the high concentration of dust in underground rock drilling working face. The dirilling machine exhaust ejector ventilation technology is used to conduct drawer-type ventilation operation. The influence of the drill back pressure to the drilling speed is discussed,besides that,the ejector ring clearance area parameter is designed based on the discussed results. The filed test results show that the drilling machine exhaust ejector ventilation technology can reduce the dust concentration heading working face in the process of drilling operation effectively.
