关于“曲格平环境文化”的初步探讨

A Preliminary Study on Qu Geping Environmental Culture

2014年《天道曲如弓——新闻视角下的曲格平》出版,为此中国环境管理干部学院(以下简称学院)成立了曲格平环境文化研究会。2015年中共中央、国务院公布了《关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》,提出了"坚持把培育生态文化作为重要支撑"。环境文化与生态文化大同小异,环境文化包含在生态文化之中。因此,研究曲格平环境文化的概念、内涵、背景、目的和作用,可以促进培育生态文化,造就环境人才,促进学院发展。

Tortuous are the ways of heaven： Qu Geping in News Perspective was published in 2014, therefore Environmental Management College of China （EMCC） founded Qu Geping Culture Research Academy. In 2015, the CPC central committee and the State Council announced Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization, which proposed ＂insisting on taking cultivating ecological cuhure as the important support＂. Environmental culture and ecological culture have much in common, environmental culture is included in ecological culture, so studying the concept, connotation, background, purpose and function of Qu Geping environmental culture should promote ecological culture cultivation, cultivate environmental talents and promote the development of EMCC.
