摘要
综述了国内酸浸除杂、碱液和氢氟酸溶解提纯技术的研究现状;介绍了高纯度微硅粉在吸附剂、复合材料、凝胶材料等方面的应用状况;指出了微硅粉在航空航天、电子、橡胶、绿色轮胎等产业应用的趋势。
The research progress of acid leaching removing the metal impurity, and dissolving SiO2 with alkali and hydrogen fluoride in China were reviewed. The application situation of high purity silicon powder in adsorbing material, composite material, gel material and so on were introduced. The future development tendency of micro silicon power used in aerospace, electron, rubber, green tire and so on were pointed out.
