防水剂对脱硫石膏制备现浇墙体材料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 脱硫石膏制品耐水性差影响了脱硫石膏的推广应用,笔者将市面上现有的两种防水剂应用于脱硫石膏墙体材料,实验结果表明将有机硅防水剂和水混合,制备脱硫石膏现浇墙体材料时的防水效果要好于将GS水性聚氨酯涂脂涂于材料表面。有机硅防水剂的加入使材料的吸水率下降了约10%,浆体扩展度得到增加,同时引起了材料的绝干抗折、抗压强度下降,综合考虑可选择1∶7作为有机硅与水的添加比例。 The desulfurization gypsum products are poor of water resistance which affects the popularization and application of it. Two kinds of waterproof agents were used in the desulfuriza- tion gypsum wall materials in this paper. The result showed that the organic silicon waterproof agent mixed with water to prepare wall material was better than waterproof effect of GS waterborne polyurethane coated on the surface of the material. Organic silicon waterproof agent decreased water absorption rate by 10%, and increased the expansion degree of the paste. However, the dry flexural and compressive strength of the material decreased. Therefore, select 1:7 as the ratio of organic silicon and water.
