孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及诱导痰中炎性介质的影响

Efficacy of Montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma and its influence on inflammatory mediators in induced sputum

目的分析孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床治疗效果及对患者诱导痰中炎性介质的影响。方法 96例咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者,分成对照组和观察组两组,每组各48例,分别实施常规治疗和常规治疗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。常规治疗法治疗。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的72.92%,(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组的咳嗽及睡眠评分均显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后观察组的IL-5及EOS均显著低于对照组,IL-10水平显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、PEFR水平高于对照组,(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组的激发试验阴性率显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特纳治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘能有效的改善患者诱导痰中的炎性介质,提高治疗效果。降低气道的高反应性,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma and its influence on induced sputum inflammatory medium. Methods 96 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 48 cases in each group. All patients were given conventional therapy, and the observation group was additionally treated with montelukast sodium. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 83%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （72. 92%, P〈0. 01）. The score of cough and sleep was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . 3 months after the treatment, the levels of IL-5 and EOS were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0. 05）, the levels of FEV1, FVC and PEFR were higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0. 01）. The negative rate of provocation test was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Montelukast sodium can effec-tively improve their induced sputum inflammatory mediators and therapeutic effect and reduce airway hyperresponsive-ness in the treatment of patients with cough variant asthma.
