Th17/IL-17水平在儿童哮喘发病中的变化及临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨Th17细胞及IL-17水平在哮喘儿童外周血中水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取35例轻度哮喘患儿、25例中重度哮喘患儿及30例健康儿童为研究对象,采用流式细胞术检测外周血Th17细胞百分率,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清IL-17水平,观察两者变化及与哮喘严重程度的关系。结果中重度哮喘组患儿Th17细胞百分率明显高于健康对照组及轻度哮喘组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),轻度组与健康对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清IL-17水平在中重度哮喘组中明显高于轻度哮喘组和健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.01),而在健康对照组与轻度哮喘组中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析结果显示,哮喘患儿外周血Th17细胞百分率与血清IL-17水平呈正相关(r=0.918,P<0.05),外周血Th17细胞百分率均与哮喘严重程度呈正相关(r=0.867,P<0.05);血清IL-17水平与哮喘严重程度也呈正相关(r=0.954,P<0.05)。结论中重度支气管哮喘儿童外周血Th17细胞表达及IL-17水平增高,且与病情严重程度呈正相关。 Objective To observe the change and its clinical significance of Th17 cells and the expression of IL-17 in peripheral blood of patients with asthma. Methods 35 patients with mild asthma and 25 patients with se-vere asthma, and 30 cases healthy volunteers were recruited. The expression of peripheral blood Th17cells was detec-ted by flow cytometer. The IL-17 levels in peripheral blood were measured by ELISA. Results The percentage of Th17 cells in patients with severe asthma was higher than those in patients with mild asthma and healthy controls ( P〈0. 01), but the percentage of Th17 cells in the mild asthma group and healthy controls showed no significant differ-ence (P〉0. 05). The level of IL-17 was higher than in the severe asthma group that in the mild asthma group and the control group (P〈0. 01). The level of IL-17 showed no significant difference between the mild asthma group and the healthy control group (P〉0. 05). The percentage of Th17 cells and plasma IL-17 level were positive correlated (r=0. 918, P〈0. 05). The positive rate of Th17 cells and plasma IL-17 level in patients with asthma had positive correlation with the severity of asthma. Conclusion The expression of Th17 cells and IL-17 increases in patients with severe asthma, and they are positively associated with the severity of asthma.
