摘要
社会工作是一门应用性很强的专业,学生所学的理论、知识与技巧之有效性,还视乎在具体情境中的实际运用。如何考量一名社工学生或社会工作者的实务能力亦因而成为社会工作教育考核与实务评估的重要环节。社会工作专业一直都在探索实施实务工作与提升服务项目成果的有效方法,本文将介绍一种基于实证的标准来评估社工临床实务能力的新方法,即社会工作客观结构式临床评估法(Social Work—Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation,简称SW-OSCE)及其在中国社会工作实务教学中的初步应用。
Social work is a strongly applied social science. The efficacy of the acquired theories, knowledge and skills by the students are highly dependent on students' implementation in the field. Therefore, assess ment of a social work student or a social worker's clinical competence become the critical component of social work education examination and practice evaluation. Social work has always been seeking for effective novel evidence-based method to assess clinical competence of social workers. This article is going to introduce an evidence-based method for the assessment of social worker clinical competence, Social Work--Objective Structured Clinical Evaluation, and its preliminary application in social work field education in China.
