摘要
就业能力和职业胜任能力的提升是"大众化"教育阶段高等教育的一个重要目标,将高校的实践教学环节与企业某些岗位的技能培训相结合,以培养学生的职业胜任能力为目标,学校和企业统筹联合,在教学体系和内容上相互嵌入,在师资上相互整合,在理论创新和实践操作上互补转化,必将大大提升实践教学的效率和效果,同时也能使本科院校的实践教学真正满足企业的实际需要,实现校企双方的互惠共赢。
The improvement of employability and career competencies is an important goal of higher education in“popularization” education stage. Combining practical teaching in universities with skills training of certain posts in enterprises, taking the cultivation of students’ career competencies as the goal, schools cooperate with enterprises, teaching system and teaching content are embeded into each other mutually, integrating with each other on the teacher resource and complementing and transforming in the aspect of theory innovation and the practical operation will not only greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of practical teaching, but also make practical teaching of undergraduate colleges truly meet the actual needs of enterprises to achieve mutual benefit between schools and enterprises.
