提高数控实训设备利用率对加强数控专业实践教学的作用

Raise Utilization Ratio of NC Training Equipments, Strengthen Practical Teaching of Numerical Control

高职院校实训中心里传统设备和数控设备并存、新老设备并存,如何提高实训中心的数控设备的利用率,建立高效实践教学体系,成为职业院校实训教学中亟待解决的重头戏。根据我院在数控教学和设备管理方面的经验,谈谈灵活合理运用设备开展实践教学,强化实践能力培养,循序渐进强化技能训练,建立基本技能、专业技能、综合技能的实践教学体系。

In trainning centre of Higher vocational colleges ,there are coexistence of traditional equipments and numerical control equipments,traditional and new equipments, how to improve the utilization rate of nc equipments in training center and set up effective practical teaching system, become an urgent centerpiece of actual teaching in voca-tional colleges. According to our experience in numerical control teaching and equipment management, this paper expounded the flexible and rational application of equipments to carry out practical teaching, strengthen practice ability, gradually strengthen skill training, establish practical teaching system integrated with basic skills, professional skills and comprehensive skills .
