文章分析了国外图书馆全面质量管理的实践发展与理论发展,对比介绍了我国图书馆全面质量管理与ISO9000质量管理体系的发展,并结合工作岗位实践提出了推行全面质量管理和ISO9000族的具体要求。

This paper analyzed thedevelopment in practice and theory of total quality management in libraries in foreign countries, comparatively introduced the development of total quality management and ISO9000 quality management system of libraries in our country , and combined with practice in working posts,it put forward specific requirements diercting at the implementation of total quality management and ISO9000 quality management system .
