摘要
对典型型腔类零件进行了结构特点分析,运用相关铣削加工工艺理论进行了零件工艺设计,并应用CAXA软件实现零件的程序自动编写与数控仿真加工。给相关零件工艺设计、编程和加工提供了一定的参考价值。
This paper on typical cavity parts are structural characteristics analysis, process planning of parts with related milling process theory, and application of CAXA software implementation of parts of the automatic program compilation and Simulation of NC machining. The type of cavity is a common part of machine processing, and its structure is very important. The process design, programming and machining of the medium cavity parts, which provides some reference value for the design, programming and processing of the related parts.
