摘要
介绍了目前航天炉系统液氧泵变频的DCS控制方案,分析了该方案的弊端;通过优化DCS系统控制程序,增加联锁系统,实现了液氧泵的安全自动化控制。通过生产实践证明,该技术不仅使操作实现了自动化,而且提高了系统运行的安全性,达到了业内领先水平。
This paper introduces the current DCS control scheme of the liquid oxygen pump frequency converston m space furnace system, analyzes the shortcomings of the scheme. By optimizing the DCS system control program, the interlocking system is increased, the automatic safety control of the liquid oxygen pump is realized. The production practice has proved that the technology not only realizes automated operation, and improves the security of the system operation, and has reached the leading level.
