摘要
围绕人力资源服务业的涵义、分类、发展现状三个方面,对我国人力资源服务业理论研究的概况加以归纳,并以此总结出我国人力资源服务业理论成果呈现的三个特点,分别是研究处于初步探索阶段、学术研究与实践结合紧密、基层人力资源服务业的发展研究较多。通过分析,提出了未来我国人力资源服务业理论研究应该体现出的三个趋向,即更加重视理论研究的细化、更加重视区域发展的差异性、更加鼓励多学科的参与和融合。
At the beginning, this thesis mainly focuses on the three aspects of the definition, classification and development status of human resource service industry. And then it sums up the characteristics of the research on the theory of human resource service industry in China, they are the initial stage of the research, the closely linked of academic research and practice, the increased quantity of the research of local characteristics. The author puts forward three trends of the theory of human resource service industry in the future, which are the refinement of theoretical research, more attention to regional development and the integration of theories of different subjects.
