摘要
《国语·鲁语下》各本"纠虔天刑"中的"纠虔"实为"察取"之义,《国语》韦注中的"恭"字当是"察"字之误。
The interpretation ofJiuqian（纠虔） in the book Guoyu（国语） was with great respect by Wei zhao（ 韦昭）. But the imerpretation of Jiu（纠） referenced by Peisongzhi and Lishan was Cha（察）. The conclusion of the artical is that the meaning ofJiuqian（纠虔） is Chaqu（察取）.
