摘要
为了预估LF所加物料对精炼渣化学组成、渣量和渣料成本等的影响,根据元素守恒定律,对某钢厂75tLF所加物料成分、钢样和渣样化验结果进行了计算,得到元素的挥发率和溶解率。通过假设简化计算,得到渣系、渣量和渣料成本与各物料加入量的关系,并利用VisualBasic软件进行编程,实现了程序动态预估精炼渣化学组成、渣量和渣料成本。生产验证结果表明,CaO,SiO2,Al2O3,MgO,渣量,渣料成本的预估值与实际值的绝对误差分别为-3.17%~3.61%,-0.97%~1.44%,-2.69%~0.46%,~1.59%~2.49%,-10~70k,-0.7~0.7元/t。使用LF预估模型对45号钢精炼渣进行了优化,使渣料成本节约了7.4元/t。
In order to estimate the effect of LF feeding materials on chemical compositions of refining slag, slag mass and slag materials cost, based on the element conservation law, the feeding materials' components and the sample analysis results of steel and slag of the 75 t LF in a certain steel plant were calculated, and the volatilization rate and dissolution rate of each element were obtained. To simplify calculations, some assumptions were made, then the relationships of the slag compositions, slag mass and slag materials cost with feeding materials mass were deduced and programmed using the VisualBasic software, and dynamic estimations on chemical compositions of refining slag, slag mass and slag materials cost were achieved with the programmed model. The industrial verification results showed that the absolute errors between estimation values and real values of CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, slag mass and slag materials cost were -3.17%-3.61%, -0.97 -1.44%,-2.69%-0.46 %,-1.59 -2.49%, - 10-70 kg and -0. 7-0. 7 yuan/t respectively. The 45 steel's refining slag was optimized with the LF estimation model, and the slag materials cost was decreased by 7. 4 yuan/t.
