摘要
介绍了河北钢铁集团邯郸钢铁集团有限责任公司260t转炉石灰石替代部分石灰直接造渣炼钢工艺研究和应用情况,分析了满足石灰石煅烧要求的铁水温度、石灰熔化造渣机理、石灰石分解熔化造渣机理、石灰石冷却效应及合理加入量等。研究表明石灰石只能部分替代石灰,在此基础上,进行了石灰石部分替代石灰直接造渣炼钢生产试验。结果表明:石灰石平均加入量在3.5~3.8t/炉,普碳钢和低碳钢的脱磷率有所提高,分别由84.8%,89.1%提高到87.0%,90.1%;石灰消耗分别由10.3,10.2t/炉降低到8.4,8.5t/炉;煤气回收达到150m^3/t;吨钢成本降低2元以上。
The process and application of 260 t converter steelmaking with limestone partial replacement lime were researched in Handan Iron and Steel Company, Hebei Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd. The temperature of molten iron which meet the limestone calcinations requirements, lime melting mechanism of slag formation, limestone decomposition mechanism of melting slag, limestone cooling effect and reasonable addition were analyzed. The research showed that limestone could partly replace lime, steelmaking production tests with limestone instead of part lime slag forming were carried out. The results showed that when limestone average addition 3.5-3.8 t per furnace, the dephosphorization rate of plain carbon steel and low carbon steel increased respectively from 84. 8 %, 89.1% to 87 %, 90. 1%, consumption of lime respectively reduced from 10. 3, 10. 2 t per furnace to 8.4, 8.5 t per furnace, gas recovery reached 150 m^3/t, the cost. decreased more than 2 yuan/t.
