摘要
针对昆玉钢铁开发HRB500E抗震钢筋时,出现强屈比偏低、性能不稳定问题,通过分析影响强屈比的内在和外部因素,提出通过改进成分设计、强化机制、温度制度、应变速率、负差率等措施,提高了HRB500E抗震钢筋强屈比和其它性能指标。
Aiming at the problems of the relatively low strength yield ratio and unstable performance of HRB500E aseis- matic ribbed bar developed by Kunyu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, the problem once affected product development for a time. So the paper introduces some methods w improve strength yield ratio and other performance index, including the improve- ment of ingrediem design, strengthening mechanism, temperature control, strain rate and negative difference rate, etc.
