经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症5年国内文献分析

5-years Domestic Literature Analysis of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic TESSYS Technology in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:总结和分析近5年国内医学期刊公开发表的经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症文献中的临床疗效。方法:通过统一检索式,应用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普期刊网三大数据库。再通过统一的纳入标准、排除标准,对文献数据进行提取和分析,统计TESSYS技术及其联合疗法治疗LDH的优良率及总体有效率。结果:经过统计得出,疗效明显,相关文献报道TESSYS技术及其联合手段治疗LDH的总病例2 072例,优1 267例,良563例,可168例,差57例,失访17例,优良率88.32%,总有效率96.43%.结论:TESSYS技术在治疗LDH中具有适应症广、创伤小、安全性高、疗效确切等优点,而且其联合其他措施(如射频术、臭氧注射、椎间孔封闭等),可以优化LDH的治疗方案,提高临床治愈率,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective： To summary and analysis the clinical efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic TESSYS technology in treatment of lumbar disc herniation（LDH） through literature published on domestic medical journals in five years. Methods： Searching the three databases of CNKI, Wanfang and VIP journal network with a unified retrieval. Then through unified inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the literature data was extracted and analyzed. The good rate and overall efficiency of TESSYS technology in treatment of I.DH was added up. Results： Through statistics, TESSYS tech- nology and its combination therapy for LDH got a significant effect. For a total of 2 072 cases, excellent in 1 267 cases, good in 563 cases, fair in 168 cases and poor in 57 cases, and 17 cases were lost to follow-up. The good rate was 88. 32%, the total efficiency was 96.43%. Conclusion： TESSYS technology has the advantages of wide indications, less trauma, high safety and efficacy in treatment of LDH. It can optimize the treatment of LDH when combined with other technologies （such as radiofrequency, ozone injection, the intervertebral foramen closure technology, etc）. It can also im- prove the clinical cure rate which is worthy of clinical application.
