保护内侧软组织并锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效分析

摘要 肱骨近端骨折是常见的上肢骨折,约占所有骨折的5%,有明显移位的骨折约占15%~20%,一般需要手术治疗[1]。对于存在明显移位的肱骨近端骨折,切开复位、锁定钢板固定通常可以获得良好的治疗效果[2]。肱骨头坏死是术后的常见并发症,因此术中保护血运,尽量减少软组织损伤是值得注意的。本院于2012年11月-2014年1月,应用肱骨解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折25例患者.
