摘要
通过对汽车静止转向状态下汽车转向阻力矩的研究分析,介绍了常用的转向系统设计时选用的转向阻力矩公式,并引入摩擦模型进行比较。在此基础上,根据常用的轮胎模型,引入两种不同的轮胎载荷分布,利用载荷与轮胎接触斑点模型相结合进行计算,并将计算结果与经验公式结果进行比较,得出了汽车轮胎的载荷分布比较接近的理论模型,该模型对实际计算过程中不同汽车不同轮胎的经验参数的选择具有重要意义。
This paper studied an d analyzed the static steering resistance torque of auto and introduced steering resistance torque formulas which were often adopted when designing steering system and introduced and compared friction models.Based on that,according to the tire model which is often used,two different tire load distribution were introduced,this paper calculated with loading plus tire contact patch model and compared the result with that of empirical formula,it found that the result of load distribu-tion of auto tire is relatively approximate to that of the theoretical model,the model is of importance significant to the selection of empirical parameters of different tires of various automobile.
