摘要
建筑设计质量是决定房地产开发项目成败的关键因素之一,包括规划、建筑、结构设计等方面。文章在对当前房地产项目建筑设计质量中存在的问题进行梳理的基础上,提出了提高建筑设计质量的思路。
Architectural design quality is one of the key factors affecting the success of the development of real estate project,it includes planning,construction,structure design,etc.On the basis of the summary of current problems existing in building design quality of real estate project,ideas to improve the quality of architectural design was put forward.
