摘要
采用文献研究法、问卷调查、实地考察以及访谈等方法,深入我国各地各个社区内部,了解社区体育健身俱乐部的在服务绩效评估体系中存在的问题,并提出切实可行的解决办法,为提高我国社区体育健身俱乐部的服务水平提供改进建议。
This paper go deep into the interior of various communities in different areas through literature researches, questionnaire,on-the-spot investigations,interviews and otherwise,to learn the problems existing in service performance evaluation system of community sports clubs,and put forward the feasible solutions,hoping to provide improving suggestions for the improvement of the service level of community sports clubs In our country.
