摘要
目前玻璃纤维已经广泛的应用于工业生产中,成为现代工业发展中不可缺少的材料。玻璃纤维成型工艺很多,不同成型工艺对玻璃纤维性能有很大的影响。研究成型工艺对玻璃纤维性能的影响,根据应用目选择最佳生产方法,确保玻璃纤维的性能能够达到要求是现阶段重要任务。文章结合玻璃纤维成型工艺试验结果,以及收集到的有关玻璃纤维不同成型工艺资料,详细分析了成型工艺对玻璃纤维性能的影响,希望能够对玻璃纤维生产企业提供一些帮助和启示。
At present the glass fiber has been widely used in industrial production,and become the indispensable material in modern industrial development.There are many glass fiber molding process,and different molding process has a great influ-ence on glass fiber performance.To study the influence of the molding process of glass fiber performance,according to the ap-plication to choose the best production method,and ensure that the performance of glass fiber can meet the requirements is an important task at this stage.Combining with the glass fiber molding process test results,and the collected information about the different glass fiber molding process,this paper analyzes molding process on the performance of glass fiber in details, aiming to provide some help and inspiration for enterprises producing glass fiber.
