基于SWOT定量分析的果蔬品电子商务体系构建研究——以湖南大湘西为例

摘要 以湖南大湘西地区果蔬品为例,运用SWOT定量分析法,对该地区果蔬品电子商务发展进行内部、外部环境因素分析,明确湖南大湘西电子商务果蔬品的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战,提出构建果蔬品电子商务体系势在必行。文章根据湖南大湘西地区实际情况,提出果蔬品电子商务体系的构建对策,旨在为大湘西地区以及其他不发达地区构建果蔬品电子商务体系提供一定的指导意见。 The fruit and vegetable products in hunan big xiangxi area,for example,using quantitative analysis method of SWOT,fruit and vegetable products e-commerce development in the area are internal and external environmental factors anal-ysis,clear hunan western hunan e-commerce fruit and vegetable product strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,it is imperative to fruit and vegetable product electronic commerce system is put forward.Article according to the actual circum-stance of hunan west hunan area,put forward countermeasures for construction of fruit and vegetable products e-commerce system,and aims at providing a big xiangxi region and other underdeveloped areas build a fruit and vegetable products e-com-merce system provide certain guidance.
